Quite frankly, the proposed solutions to the budget crisis are just getting embarrassing. First, an executive decision was made to cut outreach programs, the one chance many low-income students had to attend college and the best hope for the future prosperity of the state and the nation. Not satisfied with this, our wonderful leaders then proceeded to enact outrageous tuition hikes
