Endorsements Of Candidates Are Unjustified

On Oct. 17 the editorial section of the New York Times published an article with the simple title of ‘John Kerry for President.’ This was the paper’s official endorsement of Massachusetts’ Sen. John Kerry for president.
My beef doesn’t lie simply with the New York Times but with all newspapers that endorse any candidate, especially international newspapers that are supposed to be impartial and objective.
It is correct to assume that had the New York Times endorsement gone to Bush, I wouldn’t have put much thought into the subject because he’s ‘my guy’ but I would have been shocked at the overwhelming bias of the New York Times.
My problem with the endorsement
