There is no doubt that at one point in time unions served an important purpose in the lives of their members.
Unfortunately, contemporary unions have eroded this bargaining tool and too often simply make their workers out to be victims of selfish corporations.
Perhaps the most damaging aspect of today’s unions is that union management works very hard to convince the union workers of the importance of the jobs they perform when, in fact, many are simply unskilled laborers.
