The purpose of this Q-and-A session with UC Irvine Chief of Police Paul Henisey was not to encourage strategies for success in delinquency, but to highlight the rights of civilians in the face of the police. Few can claim ignorance of the law when caught driving drunk at 17, but when you’re being pulled over, do you know your rights?
