Why can't California see how the illegal aiens are destroying this Country. California is bankrupted, in a large part due to the illegal aliens. Why can't you see that? Duh. The federal government already “clearly defines its stance on illegal immigration”. It’s illegal and those here illegally are deportable. Furthermore, federal law already prohibits a State from providing education benefits to illegal aliens UNLESS IT ALSO PROVIDES THEM TO AMERICAN CITIZENS FROM ANY STATE REGARDLESS OF RESIDENCE.
