In the past two weeks, considerable debate has taken place between members of the Associated Students of UC Irvine Legislative Council and the Cross-Cultural Center over changes to the procedures by which the ASUCI Student Programming Funding Board distributes funds to campus clubs.
The debate ended Tuesday Oct. 23 when the Legislative Council voted to make the second portion of the funding board meetings
