Congress Attacking Troops

In passing non-binding legislation that rebukes President George W. Bush for requesting a surge in the number of troops sent to Iraq, the United States Congress is acting incredibly irresponsibly, both in the message that they are sending our troops overseas and the message that they are sending to those whom we are fighting. Our troops need to know that our country is behind them, that we support them, even if we all don’t support the mission that they are completing. Also, those whom our troops are fighting against
