<description>I think you hit one of the reasons that critics dislike Wall-Mart. We have all seen our downtowns lose department stores. It is also true that Wall - Mart is not a particularly employee friendly corporation. Another problem is that Wall - Mart uses their corporate might to purchase, mainly overseas, item at rock bottom prices. There have been some cases where, it was alleged that some clothes were made with sweat shop labor. Your cheap prices came from others being used.

I do agree with you that investors should consider the values of the corporations they invest in. You are wrong about Teresa Heinz Kerry. Kerry&#039;s assets and those of her foundation are professionally managed. At the time that she criticized Wall - Mart, she no longer held any Wall -Mart stock. She had acted on her values.( http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/s_187791.html ) Here is an example of what her foundation funds - http://www.philly.com/philly/wires/ap/news/state/new_jersey/20090922_ap_newarkcreatinghealthplanforuninsured.html Now that is in keeping with the values that she and her husband hold.</description>
