If you manage to keep your eyes open and resist the sedative effect of the tryptophan you ingested, then props to you. I know it’s not an easy feat.
As you know, it’s that time of year again when we are all stuffed to the brim with cranberry sauce, stuffing, sweet potatoes and, of course, turkey. As for me, I have a newfound love for tofurkey. In case your vegetarian vocabulary is lacking, tofurkey is exactly what it sounds like: tofu disguised as turkey. Isn’t it sweet how food manufacturers go out of their way to make us vegetarians feel like insiders, or in other words, carnivores, this time of year? One word can describe tofurkey
