He knows full well the corruption that goes on behind the closed doors of that organization. After all Wade Rathky who head ACORN and his brother Dale who heads SEIU both meet with the president as least once a week so you know Obama knows what going on. Obama is using these two out of four organizations to fundamentally transform the United States, the other two being The Tides Foundation and The Apollo Alliance and he says he knows nothing that is going on.
