Clearly the public option is the only way to get insurance companies to drive down costs. Small businesses will never be able to afford private health insurance for their employees without it. If you ever want profit-thirsty CEOs to lower prices on anything, there is only one way to do it – someone else has to offer the same product at a lower price. That’s the whole idea behind the public option.

Dear Sean….We are about the slowest western country to activate health care public options.There are about 80 ahead of us.Note insurance companies have been making suggestions to their custermors to go and use their facilities.Cost effect would be more benefical for them.Our status in the health care and quality ranks 37 and decreasing.Stich in time saves nine.Simple logic that indicates what benefits lay ahead with public option health.Stats show that people in the 80 other health systems are now excceding us in quality of health to the individual person.When they see our system they enjoy making us the butt of their jokes. I agree on Obama’s health care plan, it will make the health care worst, but in the long run the small start-up company can afford the health care cost
