Whereas the Calif public education crisis is mainly due to irresponsible spending by stupid politicians and voters, I think the UC and CSU administrators are not good leaders to lead us out of this crisis. UC hired this cheater as one of its top administrators and still defended him as an valued employee. UC should immediately investigate whether he misused any fund since he has been hired! And someone at CSU should be held accountable for failing to maintaining financial control. I have long doubted the ethics of these top administrators. Look at all those scandals at UCI Medical.
