		<description>To be serious, I have two complaints against UCI&#039;s men&#039;s rooms:
1. Some urinals eqipped with those red-light motion detectors -- I guess that&#039;s what they are -- simply are not working.  And there is no manual override.  So, the yellow liquid just accumulates in the urinals and smells and sometimes even spills out.  I just do not understand why UCI would purchase this immature technology that does not allow human intervention in the case of malfunction.
2. Some, if not all, toilets with motion detectors flush as soon as the user gets up, before cleaning his rear.  I do not know when the UCI administrators flush the toilet; but I flush it after I throw the tissues into it.  Perhaps top brass such as Chancellor Drake would really like to leave some legacy, even in the toilet, for others to appreciate?</description>
