		<description>The article sites various numbers that people have no frame of reference to know whether they are high or low or what impact they have. How many of us know what the background level of radiation in soil is? How many of us know how many times greater than background does it have to be to cause harm and how long or how much soil or produce does one have to eat for this to cause harm?

Without providing a frame of reference for the numbers the article might as well have left them out, which would have made it more concise and easier to read.</description>
