With turn-offs that include the government and major record labels, it’s no surprise that the fruit of guitarist Fletcher Dragge’s labors is Pennywise, a 15-year-old punk rock band that has set its sights on politics in its most recent albums.
‘From the Ashes,’ Pennywise’s latest, was released Sept. 9 and, according to Dragge, exhibits yet another side of Pennywise and its growing political awareness.
