What’s it called when death metal meets acoustic guitars? Opeth.
Swedish death metal rockers Opeth have been around for well over a decade. Known for their death metal rock, Opeth is known for their ten-minute songs featuring complex arrangements that are dynamic on multiple levels. Seven albums, an eight-chapter biography on their Web site and a 2003 Swedish Grammy for Best Rock/Metal Act later, Opeth is still going strong and getting even better.
