Imagine this scenario:
Various athletic directors from universities and general managers of professional sports teams have loaded their paintball guns.
It’s them versus their head coaches.
It’s supposed to be a friendly game. The directors and managers zip up their jumpsuits and adjust the goggles on their heads.
Without any warning, they pop a few paintballs in the direction of coaches, splattering their heads, hearts and backs with pink, green and yellow paint.
Now, those paintballs sting like hell.
What happened to it just being a fun game?
Coaches were caught off guard without much warning.
They had a not-so-great coaching record for the season going into the paintball fight
