ASUCI Sustainability Project Commission uses A climate change themed​ Escape room

A climate change escape room was held by the ASUCI Sustainability Project Commission in the Cross-Cultural Center during UCI’s annual Earth Week last month. The project’s commissioner, Victoria Nguyen, said the point of the escape room was to provide students with an active way to increase their knowledge of climate change but also to inspire them.

Associated Students and the Disabilites ​Servcies​ Center collaborate to Host panel on Intersectionality and Diversity

On Thursday, May 9th, the Associated Students of UCI and the Disabilities Services Center collaborated to put together a panel on Intersectionality Diversity. The panel consisted of the Program Coordinator of the Womxn’s Hub Adrian Williams, the Associate Vice Chancellor of the Wellness, Health and Counseling Services Dr. Marcelle Hayashida, and a commission for the internal vice president of ASUCI Jenna Gotte.

The UCI Office of Inclusive Excellence (OIE) hosted “Moving Beyond Me Too” with Tarana Burke, leader of the Me Too movement, to a sold out audience at the Barclay Theatre on April 22.
